Dear akkaya , annayas,..uncles aunties..

 

Don't give false hope to new engineering grads coming for masters in usa saying

 " job gurinchi worry avvadu memu chuskuntam" etc 

 

Instead tell them this " come with real job experience in India. India lo job rakhapothe USA lo kooda raadhu"

 

Gone are the days where you expect job through donga ten year resume and all..cannot stress this enough.. 

 

Biggest reason is these relatives who give false hope to stay in good touch with families..

 

I have seen lot of students don't even apply for oncampus jobs because their akka, bava will feed them like babies at home..tell them to live on their own with other students...ask them to do on campus ..don't do spoon feeding.. ikkada relatives ekkuva ayyaru ..spoon feeding continue avtundhi usa lo kooda

 

Mindset of studnets is like ..

 

1..last semester lo job try chestham 

 

2.Ma Anna , vadina client place lo jobs vunnai , valle recommend chestharu 

3. Voice sahayam  Interview tho job kottachu... Anni ave jarigipothai.. 

 

Last 6-8 months nunchi jobs leka Chala mandhi consultancy lo edustinnaru..this is reality ... Worst thing entente..these students who have no vudyogalu maintaining low profile ..people who get job are advertising as if " Nene raaju Nene manthri" motivating more students to take shortcuts mentioned above..

Last 2-3 years nunchi evaru kanisam skills nerchukodam ledu… Interview ki froxy and actual work ki kuda froxy tho cheyistunnaru.. job support is for people to learn and get upto speed so that eventually they do it on their own.. 

I think all these consultancies made it very easy for them to get a job..

Not anymore bro..after 2022 January m everything changed... Masters students ki job ravadam through songs resume is very difficult now... They have to show extraordinary commitment...tough days ahead

What happens is last three years lo 350,000 students from india dumped.. all of them are looking for some simillar job or the other... Same maataa sahayam interview.
