Why?? 

There is a difference in how songs are composed and rendered in Hollywood and in India… Singers just sing in India whereas in Hollywood, singers are involved in programming, lyrics, tune, promotional video, dances and everything.. singers own the label.. in India, music directors own the label and royalties..
