Depends bro.. many people want to buy a big home to live… but buy a small home for investment.. I have seen ppl buying a small first home and then upgrading to a bigger home and renting the small home.. nowadays no one wants to buy a small home for living.. prestige issue feel avtunnaru..

Can we buy as a group? Planning to add couple of more friends( all are from same location and not planning to move in the future) and invest multiple homes. Or wait some time and do my own. What are pros and cons. Thanks in advance

Yeah, 350K ki townhome vastundhi ante super deal and rent 2,400 ante baga vastunattu .... I live in south florida and rents are crazy here .... 3/2 1400 sq ft house ki $3,600 pay chestunaru .... town homes ki kuda $3.2.3.4K pay chestunaru
