BMW PHEVs have horrible reputation for poor build quality. When the battery gets issues, it will have impact on the overall powertrain also. While it is tempting to get PHEV, I recommend sticking to standard X5. It is a fantastic car.

All these 3 brands have terrible hybrids and electric cars… and they cost so much to repair as well..

Ozone depletion is different than global warming anna. Raise in ambient temperatures alone has no direct impact on Ozone depletion. Carbondioxide is not a pollutant. It is a natural gas and all plants use it for their respiration. However elevated levels of it causes heat absorption. Thats the concept of global warming. 

On the other hand, there are certain pollutants that can increase depletion though such as chlorofluorocarbons etc. They are mostly synthetic chemicals. None of them are natural in nature. Recent times lo baga ban chesaruuu aaa chemicals ni. So Ozone layer is not depleting at a same rate.
