I still wonder why people add these to their profiles. The company does not make the person, the person makes the company.

In todays turbulent market, the gold standard these companies once represented is no more. My prediction, those that have uniquely branded themselves with impactful skills will rise above the pack and get hired (or maybe even rehired) much faster (and easier).

I'm intrigued to see how this year plays out and to learn from the generational businesses making good and bad decisions
