I will avoid british airways especially for parents ..  Middle east airways are hassle free for them

British airways staff are rude to desis, and transfer appudu yemanna connection miss or issue ayethey akkada POE will give a headache and language will be a challenge. Transit visa lolli antadu, food is horrible. Heathrow is too huge and very confusing.

I travelled via LHR once back in 2018 during return trip. I had sometime to catch next flight and was sitting near help desk for phone call and then was about to ask gate #. When I completed call and heading to helpdesk suddenly one guy came seems to be security guy or so. Stopped and asked to show my US visa stamp. **!n sh!t. Felt uncomfortable as he never went to white people (may be from different countries) around there only came to me. Anyways, LHR is a biggie needs to travel in train + bus from one concourse to other and would suggest avoid for parents at any cost.
