Immigration experts- need opinions on i94

Passport expiring in 2024 , h4 approved till 2025 and surprisingly I94 shows valid till 2025.

I was initially expecting to apply new passport in coming months and get i94 updated as I was expecting i94 to be approved only until passport expiry date.

 

Anyone were in similiar situation before ???

Already reached out to attorney,  waiting for response..

H4 i94 it will be three years bro usually, when you enter the country ar poe they usually give passport expiry date

I am assuming you are talking renewal from us you are fine

If you apply renewal or extension usually you get 3 years irrespective of passport , if you travel from outside to USA , cbp check passport validity. Don't think too much bro , just renew passport when time comes.

AFAIK, i94 will be h4 extension  or passport expiry date whatever comes first...

I797 vasthadi.. usually i94 is dependent on passport expiry ..

If your passport expires sooner than the maximum amount of time for your visa, USCBP normally will set your expiration date to the same day that your passport expires. This means that you need to check your I-94 expiration date, which you can access on the USCBP’s website. Every single month, we get people calling who just realized that their passport is about to expire and found out that their I-94 is expiring alongside it.

Latest i94 takes precedence, always remember that rule

Recent i94 Niku ochindi via h4 extn ? Ala aithe Adhe ni valid i94 ani ardham

So later i94 via h4 is till 2025, but passport expires in 2024. Am I good to stay beyond 2024

Approval to batu vache i94 gurinchi matladutunnava??

Aithe they will check whether passport is valid for 6 months or more. If it is more you will get i94 for the approved dates.

 

i94 bisket ayyedi cbp daggara when you enter us.

Yes, u are fine, make sure, u carry new passport if u plan to cross usa border, if not, poe lo cbp officer will give i94 till ur passport valid date, apudu i94 that u got via h4 extn will be void
