if they are laying off 10K employees, they have to do it by Jan 31st according to that WARN portal....ivala recird chusthe Layoff notice received date is 1/18/2023.... plus 60 days ki layoff will be complete.....adey rule follow aithe Jan 31st plus 60 days is March 31st....so aa 10K lo entha mandi aithe Redmond region vunnaaro vaallandariki by 31st he has to inform about the layoff

there are currently around 150K contingent staff working for microsoft ...worldwide
