- rents going down to pre pandemic will encourage people to rent rather than purchase as it’s costly with higher interest rates

Idee aithee investors and fomo buyers will be forced to foreclosure or sell in loss bcoz rents are low and the mortgage payments will be higher. People morality will be killed and forced to give up.

- job market fasakk, housing correction 

- inflation goes higher if fed pivots and trap people in housing which will become the biggest ever bubble 

I don’t see the other way out

rents taggutunayi bro compared to last 6 months seeing it , chala articles kuda vastunayi no body is able to answer ( there is a winter logic where rents are usually high in summer during school end, but comparitively they are going down ata in metros yoy)
