Even now, Hyd lanti city lo enni major hospitals unnai which are spread across entire city...so nuvvu unna area ki deggarlo edo oka super specialty hospital untadi. 1.4bn ppl are living in India right now and good % of them are in cities...mari antha mandhi ela survive avthunnaru?

Not only will there not be enough food for consumption, but also water will be scarce. Drinking water will become a luxury. Needless to say about fall in standards of living. So you all will probably settle in US or wherever outside maybe even Afghanistan.

India will not be a place for retirement. 

just couple days back China lo population decline gurinchi news vachindi kada...and there are few good youtube videos explaining what happens to China in coming yrs ani. I thought its a good sign for china, but in reality its totally different...do google and check. 

Anyway, coming to India in future, I think it will be fine IMO...mana current situation ni reference theesukoni, mana own prediction tho future ela untado guess chesthunnamu. But there are experts who thinks otherwise. I feel it will be all good....20yrs tharuvatha India kaadu, ee desham ela untado cheppalemu...ee gun culture inka life time lo podhu, imagine malli edaina major shake aithe (like covid or great recession etc), raanu raanu inka entha violent untaro.

Looks like ‘health insurance’ is a concern for most of the people here…

Health and health insurance are much better today than they were a decade back and will only get better in India. If your planned retirement is another 15-20 years from now, relax as health infrastructure and finances will only get better. 
 

After earning better all through your active life I think insurance premiums or old age costs are quite manageable even without insurance. You might have build up some equity some where which will pay back at that age.

it just depends on where you want to pay the medical bills ani... india lo aithe rupees, ikkada aithe dollars. paths might be different but the destination is the same

Coming to health insurance - India lo kuda ippudu pretty common kada...my parents have good insurnace and it covers almost 90% of bills...both are diabetic etc etc. Only thing is, ikkada Medicare option untadi (dont know how it works), India lo maname konali. 

Last 2+ decades lo mana desis (mainly mana telugu vallu) chaala mandhi vacharu kada US ki....I dont know how many of them are getting close to their retirement..so currently we dont know the pattern. Inko few yrs ki mana Sr NRI's retire aithe, appudu valla trend ento manaku idea vasthundi...so by 2030 we will get lots of first hand  information from within our close circles. Chudam how things shape up....but I do feel retiring outside US will be the thing anukunta for desis in future(India or Europe etc) 

Bro planning to take health insurance for parents can you suggest any insurance for pre existing condition. Not able to decide after people sayjng few things were not covered during hospitalization.
