Mainly agile and PMO teams , very very minimal to zero dev teams

monna ovaro korukunaru vala tongue mida machhalu unayi anukunta @sarfaroshi i think

Capital One eliminated its Agile delivery team and laid off an unspecified number of employee

Once I worked for Vodafone, UK development center with off-shore development centers in Spain, Italy and India. This is the team composition across the centers:

Indian Team : 6 Managers (Test Manager, Asst Manager, Dev Manager, Senior Manager, Account Manager, Agile Manager) + 8 testers + 2 Developers (Java)

Spanish/Italian Teams : 3 Managers ( Senior Manager, Account Manager, Agile Manager) + 3 Business Analysts + 2 testers + 2 Developers (Java) + 1 DevOps

UK Team : 4 Managers (Test Manager, Senior Manager, Account Manager, Agile Manager) + 4 Business Analysts + 5 testers + 2 Developers (Java) + 1 DevOps

So in total the net contributors to the project, in my opinion are only Devs and Devops whose count is 8.

May be a couple of BAs who can bring their experience on to the table.

So its up to you guys, when there are layoffs, who are most vulnerable.

No hard guesses I believe.

What? Are those managers dedicated ? Account managers are shared and so is senior managers I think.

Offshore companies have all these people to bill , no one contributes anything - zero domain knowledge or technical knowledge
