In 2019 itself debt was about 50k crores (gen+trans+dist) … in 2014 it was 25k crore… In addition you have this 60k crore loan agreement with REC

 

MOUs were signed between REC Limited and APGENCO, APTRANSCO and AP DISCOMS on 27th January, 2017for extending a financial assistance to the tune of Rs. 60,000 crore to the power utilities in the state for the next five years (till March, 2022).

Where do you think he suddenly raised 20000 crores for pasupu kumkumma ? By stopping all dues to genco and Transco for a year

It's not that ycp did wonders , but they were forced paid dues on time because they had no other choice , central govt threatened to cut off further loans if they didn't clear dues 

Who knows jaglaq might also pull a Chamba and do bulugu kumkuma in last year
