But FTE’s clean is also good for company to get rid of junk talents. There are geunine talents who are really worth for company, but high % of junk FTE’s also there who show lot of attitude, misuse their powers, take advantage of their position and dump their work on talented contractors. This is best time to clean up such idiots aswell.
