You can’t help it I guess, search engines lo undevi mostly local news sites etc, even if you fight in court no use I guess

friend ki DUI unte neekenduku anta tension, nee lanti friend leka i struggled a lot myaan

you can file a order of expunction with court, or your friend may be

it will cost 2-3K to get the court order and all agencies are notified with this order, everyone has to clear their records when such expunction is given

Wrong info. It only works to some extent. You cannot get press records removed through this process.

court order is sent to all agencies, those sites feeding data have a cleanup mechanism built, if some websites dont clean up, you can contact them and ask to clean up by sending them a copy of court order

compliance to legal orders is a must, corrective action is generally necessary for them to stay compliant when it comes to privacy
