This might be a very unconventional opinion, but look at the bright side bro.

You definitely need a break after working for 15 years straight. Recuperate yourself and update your skill set. Since you also have a GC the chances of you getting hired soon are very high. The key here is to not personalize this. You got laid off due to economic reasons that are beyond your control.

I think this is time to review and update your skills too, there are good training and coaching support centers from India/US, youtube provides good initial overview of new tech areas. All the best !!

Skill set kantey coding test meedha ekkuva focus cheyyi. & design questions. Leetcode is good place to start. There are several other threads about interview prep

hire a professional coach to re-do resume and focus on technical brushup. hiring a coach is 100% worth it. you can write that expense off as a genuine tax deduction if you itemize.
