Got the bad news this morning. How do you tell your kids about loosing job? I feel soo low, like I am letting her down, like a looser. I have 60 days to find a job. But if not, what is going to happen? We recently bought a home and filled it up with furniture. What will we do in India with no job? I should withdraw my kid from all her classes I guess?

I mean no job, no money for sometime is one thing. But suddenly killing all the dreams of kid and taking her back is completely different.

I need to pick her from school in couple hours and break the news. Feel like my heart is gonna blast.

I have been through couple of them one very early in my career due to an acquisition and another time as a cost cutting measure. both times got a 5-6 month pay check with 3 month medical taken care, was able to find another FT job with in 45 days or less.

there are very condition even if they got laid off.. unless people over comm8tted like buying above 1.5mi houses . luxury cars n etc
