lost my full time job due to COVID exactly in March 2020..all recruting calls dried up...hiring froze...bought a house just 1 year before my job loss...spent all my savings on the house...exhausted my 60-day grace period..worked as a labor for a few months for $12 per hour...worst period in my life during COVID..

this part was super tricky for me..

60 days grace period end ayye last day lo applied for B2 COS, I also had emails pertaining to interview shortlist, etc but due to COVID interview process was delayed..job ochindhi but to find the right attorney was a difficult task...no one was coming forward to take my case..I prepared a draft letter on how COVD has effected my interview process and how I had to exhaust my 60 days grace period...one attorney came forward but they said it will be risky but nothing to lose to give a shot..

H1B approved with pending B2, but you yes see eye yes sachinodu naa 60 days grace period and all pending B2 days ni H1B laga count chesi, naa length of H1B period ni reduce chesindu..
