feeling burnt out

emi cheyalane interest undatle. wfh kabatti 10 mins work 20 mins lying on bed ila avtondi daily. chestuna work kuda bore 10gutondi. weekend evevo plans veskunta but almost entire day I am just lying on bed feeling lazy, lethargic, tired and fatigue. been like this for an year now. last year PTO istamochinattu vadesa. morning lechaka badhakam ga unte leave petevadini. ala uthi punyaniki leaves aipoyaye tappa I didnot feel better. I feel like taking a break for a month or two. resign chesi ekadikina velipovali anipistondi. but job market tough ga undi nenu malli interview crack chestha ane confidence ledu. becoming like a dimwit day by day. nameda nake confidence ledu. please suggest how I can recover from this situation. Same situation for 3+ years ... Covid made it even worse. 

Check your vitamin D , thyroid and testosterone levels.

I don't want to  give any suggestions as I failed to implement most but following showed promise 

- Going to gym / sauna+steam in the morning 

- force yourself to work for short time - paired programming/ review / etc with a colleague .

Also, go to office or sit somewhere else.

Access to bed is the worse thing happened to me

You are not alone bro many people going through the same phase, separate room lo away from office setup cheusko bro spend and make it fancy,  if not go to city library or fancy Cafe for one or two days and your environment changes

2 months break too much bro just take 2 weeks and recharge paina chepinaylu

Health kids check chesuko some times some micronutrients missing in diet may cause too have supplements  kidirith edina yoga or breathing exercise course tisuko bro

No bro some times when you go to Cafe and work or city library maa library super super untadi with nice cofee ship

Basically when your environment  changes you get some new inspiration positive vibes ani na yokka idi urike bed pakkana system obvious ga bed mide padukuntam

be careful when you discuss with friends. 

Only very very close avuthe  gani discuss cheyadhu freinds tho . No body cares in the US.

Normal friends nunchi advice is dangerous sometimes. 

Outside professional people nunchi therapy is much better.  

Go take CBT theraphy sessions and see how it goes.

same here.. not worse like u..  for me its bcoz of remote work lost m9tivation

andaram same boat bro. Not sure if ur married and have kids...imagine kids unna situation...we cant go anywhere, whenever we like and wherever we like. Family obligation kada.

@hunkyfunky2 cheppinnattu, Vit D and thyroid levels test cheyinchuko...they make llot of difference. 

gym is a big push and daily workout cheyyallante koncham kastam starting lo....I recommend instead join swimming classes (if u dont know). Koncham swim cheyyatam vasthe, join a gym which has pool...just weekly 3 - 4 times swimming chey, enough workout and water lo spend cheyyatam is lot more fun than in treadmill etc....trust me. Later once ur very comfy with techniques, u will plan to visit beach places etc..manchi refreshing ga untadi alanti vacations
