yeah so called sanctions provided new economy oppurtunties , firstly Nato base close to russia triggered russia , former USSR allies made a pact that no NATO bases should be on their land , ukraine violated it as its president who was comedian before coming into politics , made wrong decisions , even smartest people like modi , Xi , trump doesnt mess with putin , but this guy did and pushed country into more 

3 outcomes happend 

- new payment routing methods created in international transcations

- logistically russia bleeding west by blocking supply chains 

- yuen replacing USD in oil started

All big companies pulled out and movies stopped screening... It will become like China soon- they will get software and hardware from there...
