People pay premiums for having that. Go to southern California, there are places called Beverly hills or Hollywood hills or Palos Verde peninsula. They were expensive because they were not flat. Valani kuda gorrelu aa area overhyped antava endi?

Beecave lo expensive .. those who work at downtown and has their jobs in south Austin, they are buying in Dripping Springs

my friend works in AMD, Beecave is closer for his daily commute, kani as it is expensive he is looking at Dripping Springs, chala mandhi Indians bought houses there now
