First South Indian actor to attend Academy Awards

Everyone knows that the Academy Awards or the Oscars as they are better known, is one of the biggest movie awards in the world. Now imagine if an Indian actor was made a Guest of Honour of such a prestigious event, it would be a super proud moment for all of us. That is exactly what happened during the Academy Awards of 1987. Chiranjeevi was made the Guest of Honour and if that was not enough, he became the first South Indian actor to attend the Oscars.

For me Rajamouli Best movie is always Vikramarkudu, Interval bang, flash back ee kakunda movie anta manchi flow & entertainment untaai...

migata movies anni enta collect chesi slow ga, oke formula lo untaai..

Chiranjeevi best works according to me -

chantabbai (can't believe this movie was a box office failure, one of the best clean comedies by a top actor if you take out rajendraprasad and naresh in jandhyala combination ).

Rudraveena and Swayamkrushi

venkatesh - kshanakshanam (although Sridevi and Paresh Rawal stole the show) and Dharmakshetram ( girish karnad as a really bad father and some really good songs in that movie)

Nagarjuna - Gitanjali ( i didn't enjoy that as a kid as no fights but now when i see the movie its a beautiful taken love story - i doubt anyone can take a modern song gracefully with a kiss covering almost the entirety of it).

Balayya - aaditya 369 and bhairava dweepam - but these were commercial hits though.
