Bhayya, simple logic on Housing market. As long as inventory is less than rising  demand then Housing market won’t crash. Current inventory is way less than pre covid levels and also recent 2 weeks data shows that people have decided to buy homes regardless of interest rates. If the current housing demand continues then even Real estate correction won’t happen going forward.
