Cardiac arrest ayindhi anta papam..not just heart attack..so they reinstated his heart by cpr..he is in semi coma.

Ecmo life support tho heart functioning..which means he will get cardiac arrest again in 48 hours and his organs might get damaged... So papam critical..50-50 chances..

Not just that his heart is very weak..and walls are damaged as well..not sure how he didn't get checkup

doctor tho discuss cheyi.. heart functioning ki ECG, ESR, Troponin check ups cheyinchukovachu.. nenu doctor ni kaadu.. vaallatho discuss cheyi.. idi choosi deeni gurinchi bhayapadutunnavu.. enni saarlu prostrate check up cheyinchukunnavu?? cancer ki self examine chesukuntaava asalu? colon cancer check up cheyinchukunnava asalu?? vaallu insurance companies kosam cheyaru.. kaani nuvvu push chestey chestaaru.. free of cost.. Lipid panel- cholesterol, triglycerides, and LDL

Hba1c- Glycosylated hemoglobin- 3 month sugar avg

EKG- if you complain about occasional chest tightness, they will also do stress echo[ Check heart wall motion by giving stress injection called adenosine]

HTN, DM- Taking care of blood pressure and blood sugar if you have these issues

Healthy diet- non greasy food, greens etc

Some form of exercise- 5000-10000 steps a day, some running and cardio if you could
