If you have insurance, annual preventative screening is free of cost. Look for reputed Internal medicine or Family medicine doctors. Check if they are on your insurance network. schedule an appointment. Tell the doctor this is the first time in your life and you want to establish a baseline of all vitals. He will do check out, comprehensive blood check, urine test at the minimum. If you have any specific concerns about your health, discuss it with them. they might order special tests. Heart concern vundi. Family history. Koncham checks cheyandi anu. Chestaaru. Go for Colonoscopy as well. 

if you are unmarried and active, ask for STD check as well.

In his case the cpr helped recover within 5 minutes and his brain got blood supply back..he was at right place right time surrounded by hundreds of his supports and ambulance.. if it was night time in sleep then papam

Just call every internal medicine in your area and ask if they are in your network..or else call your insurance and ask them to find a physician .go to physician and tell him your symptoms .your habits like smoking etc
