Upgrades depends on the builder.. many budget builders keeps the prices low and offer more upgrades.. Premium builders like toll brothers and grand homes include most of the upgrades in the price.. and you don’t even have to choose any upgrades if you go with them..

What’s the big deal? 1 gram gold is like 50 to 60$… if someone buys $1500 worth of jewelry, then it is just 3 to 4% discount..
