Buying property in India

Hi,
I am looking for information in regards to buying property in Hyderabad.

Is it advisable/is there an option to buy property in our name without us being in hyd.
And also in future, if we need to sell do we need to present there or with power of attorney can they buy and sell property.

Advice is much appreciated.

yes, you can buy without being there....Power of Attorney ivvu evariki anna...done...with power of attorney they can sell...but to be safe buyer may ask you to be present physically which makes sense

yes... passport copy submission compulsory anukunta (dont remember exactly)
