District headquarters lo if you go to good doctor fee will be avg ga 250 (500 max)… medicines are also comparably cheap … India lo health expenses affordable to all for 95% of common ailments… 5% other critical ailments need tons of money weather in vomerica or India which can be managed by good health coverage for family in India. Kids routine fever ke corporate hospital thesukelthe that’s another story.

Same with kids education … 20k per annum unna decent schools unnai…8lakhs per annum school fee unna oakridge lanti schools unnai 

India is same just an organic growth of cost of living. Just because people are getting paid really well these days in India some of them are over unnecessary spending.
