my first kid is almost 4 years old. if I move back to India and 2nd kid is born there can my first kid apply for gc for us and sibling when he turns 21 since sibling will be under 18 by the time first kid turns 21?

bhayya endi ee thinking...your #1 kid is not even 4 yrs  and #2 don't exist and you talking about when kid#1 one turns 21. If at all you plan, only plan for next 2 yrs. with all this uncertainty why you still thinking 18,19 yrs ahead!!!
