The bar is too low for politicians in the Telugu states.. and KTR and Harish rao wins in straight shoots in their departments and in their constituencies… show me a polished and professional politician as KTR in the Telugu states.. he fits the bill to bring in more businesses to setup shop in Hyderabad.. show me a better grass roots politician than Harish rao..
