Its a decent place to buy home, a good place to raise kids if you want that thick desi exposure. But donw the line generation kids illu odilesi bayatki velte chala vulnerable avtaremo ani naa bhayam. If the kids grow up in 100% Indian atmosphere - the same model cannot be replicated in colleges, jobs etc. I personally think of that as a concern but not sure how valid that is.

raleigh lo housing market bad ga undi.   ppl are buying very far from city.

also NC lo crime rate slowly spiking..

Not just w.r.t job market , overall bhayya .. desis unanru thappa em ledhu. Schools lo too many ani to maintain diversity , desi kids will be moved to overflow schools which are not really good if schools is a thing
