Hanuman Chalisa if you want easier to learn and pray regularly.

I have not heard of people reciting Shiva Tandava Stotram but you can try easier ones like Rudrastakam, Kalabhairavastakam, Chadrasekharastakam , Lingastakam , Bilwastakam. 

Nijam gaa Shivudini paddati gaa aaradinchali anukunta konchem kastam kaani Sri Rudhram best .
