State has the power to choose the capital.. but they have to pass a law that stands the scrutiny of the court..

State istam ani last year Central reply ichindi High Court ki ... But if that stands true ... Two things...

First thing...Then What is the point of Article 5 and 6 with bifurcation act and making a committee and selecting a capital...

Second this is...Naaku ardam kanidi enti ante... Why did Sai Reddy uncle put a private bill in parliament asking the states should be given power to select their capital ?

Anduke I said yesterday central replied very intelligently ... Evadiki kavalsindi vadu interpret chesukondi ani...
