Hello network architect here..this position you see here is not level 1 job. You need industry ready experience with at least two deployments..the person will be fired the very first week itself...this is not a BA position.

Well if they are paying that low I am sure they will bare that person over a person who makes $100/hr   And deployments is usually a bots job.. get trained once or twice and they can do without issues next time

Sir this is onsite role..next you need certification which costs you some effort and time..next you need to to be technically strong..
