Existing communities and colonies….price ekuva vuntadi but resale assurance aina vuntadi..

I actually visited kalpakkam and kundakulam nuclear plants in India. Their residential areas are better planned and maintained than anywhere in Andhra (and most of india tbh) 

The areas under control of the nuclear plant have Well paved roads with footpaths , greenery , underground drainage , perfectly working storm water drains ,no slums, etc
