apply chesthe if you apply for change of status the you should mobe to h1 , once activate avuthe you have to maintain pay roll no breaks etc 

h1 pick ayyi oka sari  work chesaka you can shift to h4 and back to h1 (if requiried some times i94 rakapothe you can might have to go stamping)

H4 EAD is almost like GC. Companies don't have to sponsor. DFW area lo chala mandi aunties kooralu curries chese valu azure, aws ani H4 EAD meda IT ki elli poyaru. 

Of course trump admin lo baga bokka pettadu, lot of aunties had to leave work because H4 EAD renew ayyedi kadu time ki but now H4 EAD renewals are getting better anta. And soon daniki koda premium vastundi ani talk.

get H1. and have your own PD.

Move back to H4EAD. 

Your H1 can be helpful if primary loses job or status.
