How do you keep up with technology.. Iam kind of getting moved into management role & coding hands on taggipotundi.. worried about this. edina own project cheddamanna iam giving up in middle because of other distractions & they are going into history.

i am learner...see my pinned learning thread...not expert..

my youtube, twitter, podcast  recommendations lo...sagam paina...ee tech related suggestions vastyi...

yeah, but i know you try to keep up.. anduke asking you. or any channel recommendations? msdn is too boring to learn. and worthy additions emunnayo kuda ardam kadu andulo.

What is your core strength when you are developing? 

Just search for those terms and latest tech on those areas in YouTube and twitter. On Twitter, find people who are posting latest related content and follow them.

infoq is one good site which has lot of content organized by area

msdn is very old and outdated...

now a days all tech is community driven....javascript anta develop aindhi ante...only reason community driven...

try hands on....not to build a product or finish it..just to learn...

until 2017 i was just going office ..doing my job (WPF programming) and relaxing......one day realized rest my team upgraded to xamarin or react or some mobile framework..etc..and got allocated to better projects..and i left alone in a BAU support....then i realized...i am being rock all the years...

then started exploring...first one year..it was like greeek and latin for me...later...now getting some idea...whats going around...

based on your interests and tech..

follow some tech twitter profiles..

follow some youtube channels..

join some linked in groups...

follow some podcasts...(highly recommended...)

write some code and push it to github...(even though its hello world in multiple ways..)

 

all you do ..one or two hours daily..just social media browsing...(but tech related...)...
