I know just by doing hard you can get promoted to senior ranks.

what are other ways to get noticed and get ahead of peers among your peers.

experts who become successful,  please throw your inputs and strategies you followed.

In service companies, SVP and VP ranks move between companies every few years and they take the entire team under them. You need to reach to the middle management and be in good books with SVP, VP etc and you can have a easy 20 year career till retirement.

Visibility is key factor. Advertising ur work is more important than doing the actual implementation. 
asking important questions is another important. Lot of us dont open mouths in director level all hands meetings. Do the background work at ask questions. 
schedule frequent 1:1’s with skip, directors and try to understand the direction.

You need to do hard work and be technically sound if you are now a developer. Key is, they are looking for trusted developers / middle managers who can execute them ...they can count you on when needed. You need to gain that trust.

You are  their stepping stone ...

join under a very ambitious and capable manager and be their trusted team member. they will pull u up wherever they go. also technical skills don’t matter as long as ur capable of leveraging others help to get results

not sure about this. example ma manger very ambitious vade code rasei test chestadu task lu na varku rakunda we are shadowed by him . he's like one man show. appusu mana chesedi emi ledu

Em peekadaniki? Bindas ga low level job enjoy with friends and family on weekends, day nights work chesi em peekedi

such people never grow beyond M1.
join under someone who has shown growth taking others along

Low level jobs ke day night avtundi . Friends ok time varku oka tarwata they will get busy in their own life.
