Avoid Hutto, Don't buy anything on the eastside of the city (Especially east of I-35). Reasons.. 

1. Crowd is mostly blue collar people. Amazon warehouse workers, grocery chains lo workers atlaa..

2. Foundation issues because of the soil type

3. under developed compared to rest of the city for a reason

You have to understand the numbers around it dude.. the one who bought it for 567K total monthly payment would cost more than the one bought at 700K because of the interest rates.
