It’s worth will be maximized in building the nation towards electric vehicles or mobile manufacturing easily with that much of lithium reserves. US has only 1/6th of what India has it now

There are no kashmiris in POK , they are paharis who are just Punjabis. India pretty much has all the kashmiris

Even gilgit has no kashmiris

BTW tibetans in chinese are doing really good. china gave them great education, infrastructure and incomes. unlike india which gives everythign to adani and ambani.
