depends on the company, if they are tech companies, casual works. More traditional companies ayithe full professional expect chestharu. Tractorsupply company ki interview casual lo attend ayithe full edichindi unprofessional ani. 

Just a shirt is professional in zoom interviews

Fo rinterviews , irrespective of what type of companies its alwayz gd to wear formal shirt / and a blazer …

zoom calls- swear shirt/ tshirts … & clean shave if ur ina higher role..
