Depends on builder, if you go with pre-arch/existing models little less but based on your own arch little more. But remember not much difference. For example 4000 square ft house builder model 400K your model will be 460-500K but all builders raghuramakrishnaraju-raghu.gifat the end

Building a house with your own money and a builder can be less expensive than buying a pre-existing home or using a mortgage, as you avoid financing costs and can make decisions about materials and labor that can save you money. However, building a house also requires a significant upfront investment and carries risks, such as cost overruns, delays, and the possibility of low-quality work.

It is important to carefully research builders, compare quotes, and set a realistic budget to ensure that your house-building project stays within your financial means. You should also consider working with a qualified architect, engineer, or contractor who can provide professional advice and help you manage the building process. Overall, constructing an individual house with a builder can be a cost-effective way to get the home of your dreams, but it requires careful planning and decision-making.
