Bro, The new trend is to invest in Luxury apartments from reputed and branded builders. People are preferring for High rise Appartment’s with gated community in a good location. These Will appreciate much faster compared to your independent house. Villas are better but the location has to be good and the amenities play a big role again. A lot of villas in Hyderabad are either in outskirts or too pricey. In the next 10 years Hyderabad is going to be a trending Global city.

Muppa is a reputed builder. Best time for investing in a apartment is a few months after the construction begins. And sell it when the handover is in 3-6 months. Or wait until people move in for better profits.
