2 things …neku except manager everything else okay antey work around him …ledu neku pay and co workers nacharu Sodi gola antey company change …just manager kosaam don’t change now …he may get fired or leave or can die ….or team lo antha same feel aithey talk to director and get his ass fired …Elanti junk Desi mangers full unnaru companies lo …escaping is not easy

Anytime there is non technical manager . Micro managing .politics are common..I stay away from such stupid jobs..those guys are there to nit pick and fire people..to show the directors that they exists.. 

Also these non technical managers are best at hiring bad resources and they are the reason we performers have to suffer..

btw if ur consultant, it shuldnt matter to you …its nt about what is right or wrong abt ur manager. Its ur survival … nuvu mee odi maata vini vaadni train chesthe nee cntrct extrnsions ki help aitadhi ledhu naaku ettiques unnayi .. i hve to be sensible ante find a new one! 
 

if ur FTE , u have no choice …(still u can change but comes wt more factors)

either way, knowledge is sharing, guiding ur new managers alwayz helps for your better … 

so set ur priorties! What is ur needs and wants … 

i hve been in tat situatuion .. still facing (my mgr still has zero tec knowldge ) .. but he started respecting my decisions over a period of time .. nenu abrupt gaa calls cut chesinaa rojuluyyanni …so dnt feel much abt it .. just change ur way of approach !

100% agreed.  Our previous manager was a gym trainer , white guy. Not sure how he got job during pandemic as a manager. Heard he is a close friend to our VP. 

This guy has no idea on how to manage people, projects. Pain in the aass to deal with. Have to explain every thing 10 times at least . Simply blames the team in case of any issues.  

Funny thing is he likes girls , he promoted a low performer girl in our team and other hard working guys are not happy with that and they got  demotivated.
