Agreed, manalney point out chesthey inkem cheyalem but there will be lot of opportunities come bro, u need to play little smart based on ur team & manager. 
 

Small ex happened to me last week - there was a open task for more than 3 months since that developer is super busy with other work, had all scripts ready - I volunteered it myself, all I need to do co-ordinate is with DBA 😉. If it’s completed in a week, my mgr would be super happy 😃

Job change ayithe situation emi maaradu. Next company lo manager kaakapothe coworker etc ila thaguluthune untaru.

Manage to situation anthe. Nenu 3 jobs change ayya. Naa case lo ayithe Prathi yedava credit dobbese vaade. So I started copying his boss where it made sense.

Latest Eg: Oka issue ki rootcause findout chesinam. Nenu message proper ga compose chese lope tapa tapa screen shots theesukuni managers ki pampinchesadu. Since I didn't know he already shared,  I was about to send. He looked into my phone and asked me not to worry about sending. I had an open conversation and explained him that its not ethically correct. Later spoke to manager and gave credit to whom it belings to.
