they screwed it up with fake buttering....with literally no hike or career guidance.

and never allowed me to talk to skip level ever... it took some time for me to learn that though..

4th manager I have been with him now for 4 years...first 6 years lo ela tokkaro ardham aindi.

off course he has his drawbacks...but he takes care well of his subordinates with respect to career growth, individuality and recognition

Treating your reportees like servants and thinking that they are paying from their pockets. No separation of private vs professional work.

This is not a one day story we should look back and see why Britishers looted us for 200 years and we remained slaves to the. It was not due to British efficiency. It was because our kings were so corrupt and sellouts  that Britishers easily exploited Indians and turn one against other.

There are always exceptions with few genuine people who are good  but always majority counts.

idi kuda aindi.. leadership team ki 4 weeks antadu tarvata meeku abhyantaralunte cheppandi antadu maaku spearate ga. mundu deadlines discuss chesi then commit avvali kada ante.. nuvvekkadinunchi vachavo naku telvadu, ekkadaina top to botom ee deadlines vachedi antunnadu.. I was shocked :D . Friday Adigina question ee malli monday adugutaadu, infra kuda anthantha matrame. Nenu Manager ni I shud ensure smooth running of team and resources spend time effectively ani antadu... team culture nasanam avutondi.. losing trust... okka matalo cheppalante maa 4 lekapothe he can't survive for a day. inka leetcode start cheskovalemo twaralo...
