@dasari4kntr maa doctor cheppindi enti ante only D3 benefit takkuva,  D3+K2, magnesium , zinc , Vitamin C sufficient ga undali daily appude ivi pani chestaayi ani..

Vitamin C ki daily oranges kani lemon kani untaayi ma intlo, D3+k2 supplements, magnesium zinc ee figure out cheyyaledu , dont want to eat too many tablets.

but ee k2 gurinchi teliyadhu...will ask doctor about it next time...

maa aavida flax seeds powder mixing in chapathi flour. flax is better source of Omega 3 than Fish oil anukunta..we use flax seeds a lot

Doesn’t matter anna I saw few people who are vegetarian no drinking people  non smokers got cancers 

,mana chetilo unadi cheyadame anna basic health diet , exercise , stress free
