US born applies for H1b

if a U.S. born kid moves back with parents to India and give up citizenship and holding India citizenship applies for H1b and perm processing what would be his/her status under which country this person comes and when this person gets green card?

Place if birth is US so no

i dont think anyone will do it but lets say if it happens, no need to come on H1b .. He can reapply for US citizenship based on bis birth certificate and give up indian citizenship later

India ki velli citizenship give up echi, 18 years complete avuthune re-appy (within 6 months from Birthday) say it was not his decision but his parents. he can get citizenship back.
