what about Mauritius shell companies…? 

hindenburg accused about shell companies…and adani responded he dont have relation with those shell companies…but didn’t deny shell companies existence…because its really there…

but beneficiary of those shell companies investments is adani…

so sebi or govt of india shouldn’t investigate this…?according to sebi rules stock price manipulation is wrong and they should be banned from stock market…just like sathyam…

నీ లాంటి వడో..నా లాంటి వాడో …ఆ గుంపులో తొంగి చూస్తాం..ఏమి జరుగుతుందో అని…

ఆ గుంపులో ఒకరిద్దరు..ఆ ఆట ఆడినట్టు నటించి డబ్బులు గెలుచుకున్నాం అని నటించి అక్కడినుండి వెళ్ళపోతారు..నిజానికి వాళ్ళు వాళ్ళ మనుషులే (అంటే shell companies)..

మనం అది నమ్మేసి పిచ్చోల్లలాగా డబ్బలొస్తాయి కదా అని ఆ ఆట ఆడి డబ్బులు పోగొట్టుకుంటాం (like common investors)…

ఇప్పుడు జరుగుతుంది అదే…shell companies ఎక్కువ మొత్తంలో ఎక్కువ ధరకి అదానీ కంపెనీలో shares కొని ఆ అదానీ share price ని పెంచేస్తాయి…

ఆ అదాని పెరిగిన shares ని collateral గా చూపించి ఎక్కడెక్కడో loans (అప్పు) చేస్తాడు..

ఈ మొత్తం వ్యవహారంలో డబ్బులు పోగోట్టుకునేది కాయ్ రాజ కాయ్ ఆడిన మనం…(common investors)..

అందుకే SEBI or GOVT shoukd investigate అనేది..
