Their tech hubs or innovation centers are different I assume. They have few of them around the country and they pay very well and work on cutting edge technologies.

My friend joined from Amazon... They matched what he was getting and promised more cash bonus.

One of my friends work there. he get around 500K or so including RSUs and other things. I think they pay decently well
