HGI brought in some deals to the table .... attractive .... 100% returns etc .... anthe one person invested and said i invested so entire tree invested saying ... my firend or relative invested so it is good ani .... anthe now that oil company chapter 11 anta ... real estate also same thing .... also some interest giving scheme ... 20% anta .... he gave for some time and then principle theeskoni jump ....

May not be HGI.. may be people who grouped bcoz of HGI.. they don’t sell real estate.. they are into selling insurance policies, will and trust etc… may be they used these contacts to promote their venture and cheated them..

aa HGI is a pyramid scheme where everyone sell insurance policies and the commission is shared by everyone in that pyramid..

Money pooling projects .. most ppl don’t know ppl who are doing these kind of projects can easily evade investors in US just my declaring bankruptcy and no one can’t go ask them anything!

There is a way to avoid that as well… look it up… if u r keeping ur personal assets  separate and not mixing it up with business.. u can avoid that ! That’s how all big shots do

If you are keeping personal seperate then there's no fraud involved and it's a genuine case of bankruptcy.
